No matter what you are doing.Agree, the FCTM for 777 is pretty clear that A/T provides gust protection. For example, increasing the bug speed above Vref+5 is only recommended with A/T off. Having said that, a rapid throttle response does not mean one will get an instant boost of thrust. Those 11 ft diameter blades have a lot of angular momentum. But my point was if the aircraft isn’t behaving the way you want it, you take control. For example, if the computer is having trouble following the VNAV path, one wouldn’t sit there and watch the profile fall apart. You command the aircraft, you ultimately have to fly it. If the autothrottle let’s the speed drop to VREF -15, would you just go “oh well autothrottle is supposed to stay on” or disconnect and bring the speed back up before you stall. Ahem ahem.Hopefully a simple question: Will the 777 get an update for the P3D platform with some features that we can see in the 737NGu?E. The Navigraph EFB integration, a revised ground friction model, a little bit of PBR, a driveable pushback tug, or even GFOps integration?Thanks and I hope that the answer wasn't stated anywhere and I missed it. I understand that the 777 and 747 will be transported to MSFS, but I didn't read anywhere if the update would make it to P3D v4, too.There is a post from RSR from early this year indicating plans to give the 777 a refresh that includes PBR and EFB.

I can only fly the 737 and 747 now because the 777 feels outdated. Minor bugs or major ones? I'm using the most recent version and never came across any issues.I can't really argue this point because that is personal preference. For me an EFB is a nice feature, but far from necessary. I use my iPad for flight planning, weight & balance and my charts, so I rarely use the EFB in the 747 or the new 737. But I can understand when people like that feature!I never really gave the EFB a second thought until I first tried it in the NGXu, as I only fly in VR it is actually really really nice to have, I find myself really missing it on other addons that don't have it. Its so nice to be able to view charts, performance data, and even read the manuals in flight without having to pull off the headset and open a browser window.-Mike Iacovetta.
